At Inner Unity Therapy, I provide specialized care for adults seeking meaningful change, deeper self-understanding, and relief from emotional distress. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Services are offered via secure telehealth to clients located in Illinois and Florida.

Individual Therapy

Standard Session (50–55 minutes)
Individual therapy is a space to explore the patterns, wounds, and experiences that may be impacting your ability to live fully. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and a desire for deeper self-awareness.
Together, we’ll uncover what’s no longer serving you and support the parts of you that are ready to heal.

Insurance: I am currently in-network with Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, Aetna, and Cigna for clients located in Illinois. If I am not in-network with your plan, I can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. If you plan to use a superbill, please let me know before we begin services, as I’m unable to backdate documentation for previous sessions. Many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement, but I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits.

EMDR Intensives

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) intensives offer a focused and accelerated format for trauma work and emotional processing. Rather than attending weekly sessions, intensives are scheduled in extended blocks of time—often half-day, full-day, or multi-day formats—to allow for deeper, uninterrupted therapeutic work.

Intensives are ideal for those:

  • Seeking faster progress or resolution of trauma symptoms

  • With a busy schedule that makes weekly therapy difficult

  • Wanting to target specific issues such as a traumatic event, a persistent negative belief, or emotional blocks

Each intensive includes:

  • A 30-minute pre-intensive consultation

  • A customized treatment plan

  • Extended EMDR sessions

  • Post-intensive follow-up and integration support

Fees: Vary based on duration and scope. Please contact me for a consultation and quote.
Insurance: EMDR intensives are not reimbursable by insurance and are offered as private-pay only.
